Grants are only made to qualified organizations under the internal revenue service code section 501(c)(3) with special consideration to pre selected k-12 public school entities and organizations serving public school children in grades k-12 and children with medical and special needs. The foundation does not ordinarily make commitments for multi-year grants or consider grants to annual fund drives, to units of government, or organizations which are primarily tax-supported. Requests from the same organization can be considered only once during a twelve-month period.
