Questions before you start

What happens when the 14-day Team trial ends?

Your workspace moves to the Free plan: 3 AI summaries a month, 1 seat, 10 active opportunities, and the full pipeline, tasks, deadlines and calendar feed. Nothing you saved is deleted. Upgrade any time and everything is already there.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The trial starts the moment your workspace is created and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Is there a nonprofit discount?

Yes — 25% off any paid plan with the code NONPROFIT at checkout, for nonprofits and state associations. No paperwork; use it when you upgrade.

Can I switch or cancel later?

Monthly and annual plans can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing. Annual plans save 20%. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the period.

I am coming from GrantHub — what does migration involve?

Export your GrantHub CSV and import it from Settings → Import. Fields are mapped automatically and duplicates are skipped; most teams are done in under ten minutes. GrantHub was about $99 a month; Team is $109 with AI included.

How does GrantCue compare to Instrumentl on price?

Instrumentl starts at $299 a month for up to 3 users and has no free plan. GrantCue Essentials is $49 for 3 users, Team is $109 for 8 users with fit scoring and the AI writing workspace, and Free is free for one user.
