All pre-application questionnaires receive a response dueing rfp cycle, applications in response to rfp must be submitted online, in accordance with instructions

Must be 501(c)(3) organization that qualifies as a public charity. Awards are usually made for projects during one year periods of support. No support for political campaigns, candidates, legislation, individuals, equipment for individuals, endowments or campaigns for debt reduction, organizations outside the us, projects that do not address healthcare delivery, specific therapies outside formal healthcare settings, or administrative expenses in excess of 28 percent of total funding request.
