Distributions from the foundation are restricted to charities whose principal offices and activities are located in miami-dade or broward county, florida, with the exception, however, that distributions May be made to a presbyterian theological seminary (regardless of its location) for its use in granting scholarships or tuition grants, and to washington university, st.
