Grants for Nonprofits in Delaware
Delaware nonprofits can apply to the legislature itself. Grant-in-Aid is an appropriation by the General Assembly to support nonprofit organizations that provide services to Delawareans, and applications for each fiscal year go through its online system, where returning applicants sign in with My Delaware credentials. House Bill 190 sets new rules on eligibility, documents, allowable uses and financial accountability, starting with the Fiscal Year 2029 cycle.
The Division of the Arts publishes all of its grant programs on one overview page, grouped for arts organizations, community organizations and artists. GrantCue reads that page and the Criminal Justice Council's funding programs.
