The following information should be submitted with the completed grant application: 1. Copy of the requesting organization's 501(c)(3) tax-exempt letter from the IRS. 2. A list of officers and directors. 3. A detailed project budget that includes administration costs, salaries, projected overhead expenses, etc. 4. A copy of the organization's most recent audit. 5. Latest financial statements.
- Restrictions
- Organizations receiving grants must be tax-exempt 501(c)(3) entities. The primary grant categories are human services, education and the arts and health. The Foundation's service area encompasses 18 counties in North Texas and 6 counties in southern Oklahoma.
