- A SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANT MUST BE ENROLLED AS A FULL-TIME STUDENT, MUST DEMONSTRATE "FINANCIAL NEED AND MUST MAINTAIN AT LEAST A 2.8 GRADE POINT AVERAGE ON A 4.0 SCALE.
