- Grant Application (by invitation only)Organizations demonstrating a potential fit with our focus areas will be invited to submit a grantapplication. The grant application is submitted by invitation only, after receipt and review of theIntroduction Form. Full grant applications must be received by July 31 each year. Grantapplications are solicited and accepted May through July and are reviewed in August for thecurrent year. An invitation to submit a grant application does not ensure that an organization willreceive a grant. Organizations receiving grants will be notified in late September or earlyOctober.The trustees make the final decision about whether to fund the proposed grant. Before fundedactivities can commence, The Canda Charitable Trust and the partner organization will sign anagreement that includes reporting requirements and a payment schedule.In a maximum of 10 pages, your grant application should include:1.
