- Applications should be submitted via the mentors website and should include the applicants name, address, who nominated them, why they wish to obtain funding from mentors and how they plan to give back to the mentors program through volunteering and mentorship to others.
- Restrictions
- To be considered, both an application and a nomination (from a mentor) must be submitted. Applicants must prove that funding from mentors would help them become self-sufficient. Awards are given to an individual or to an educational institution directed to the applicant's student account. Anyone seeking funding for education must provide their student id information from the college/university. Mentors has no restrictions on geographical area, race, religions, gender, or age.
