The essay questions is as follows: James and Linda Rower were killed in a tragic and senseless accident on March 23, 2005. Go online and do your research on this tragedy and then answer this question: How could this tragedy have been prevented?
- Restrictions
- Graduating seniors from Hornbeck High School in Louisiana are eligible for the scholarship. Selection criteria consists of academic performance, performance on standardized tests, financial need, and personal interviews with the selection committee.
