GRANTS FOR DISASTER RELIEF ARE MADE IN RESPONSE TO NATURAL DISASTER OCCURRING IN COMMUNITIES WHERE DENSO OPERATES. THE COVID-RELIEF GRANTS WERE USED TO SUPPORT NON-PROFITS IN THEIR RESPONSE TO COVID-19'S DISASTROUS IMPACT ON THE COMMUNITIES DENSO OPERATES IN. TOP 50 AND DIVERSITY GRANTS ARE INTENDED TO SUPPORT DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS AT THE TOP 50 SCHOOLS IN THE US AS PART OF DENSO'S EFFORTS TO IMPROVE DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.
