Application materials

Applicants must complete the online grant application to be considered for funding. The following must be included in the application. 1. Organization name 2. Contact information 3. Description of the organization 4. Amount of funds requested 5. Can you quantify how the funds will be used to support programs? 4. Upon completion of the proposed grant request, how will the community be affected by your program? 5. Please describe the need addressed by your organization's programming/grant request. How did your organization identify the need addressed by your proposal? 6. What community, area, or region are you serving?

Restrictions

Cnx foundation tends to award grants in the same geographic footprint of cnx business operations. Cnx operates in pennsylvania, west virginia, ohio, and virginia. We also recognize the need to support the underprivileged across the region we call home. Under the lens of making a difference by being tangible, impactful, and local, cnx foundation is dedicated to supporting organizations that focus their efforts on addressing the following community initiatives: - food insecurity - children's health and wellness - broadband and information technology access - recidivism and re-entry - domestic abuse awareness - opioid epidemic and societal impact - career awareness and technical/vocational training - water quality safety and awareness
