Marshfield Area United Way Grants

Funding for 501(c)3 charitable human service organizations and programs that address emerging needs identified by the community's Vision Council in Youth Opportunity, Financial Security or Healthy Community. Funded organizations become United Way Partner Programs for the funding cycle (the 2026-27 cycle ran April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027). The pages state no award amounts. Eligible applicants: Your organization or program must be a 501(c)3 charitable human service organization to be considered for funding.; Funds requested must address emerging need(s) identified by the community's Vision Council in the areas of Youth Opportunity, Financial Security, or Healthy Community.; Organizations must serve individuals living in the area made up of these communities: Arpin, Auburndale, Chili, Granton, Greenwood, Loyal, Marshfield, Neillsville, Pittsville, Spencer, and Stratford.; The application consists of these documents: Document Checklist, 2027 Funding Application Instructions & FAQ, the 2027 Marshfield Area United Way Funding Application, Appendix A and Appendix B.; Applications must be submitted electronically to ashley@marshfieldareaunitedway.org by Friday, December 4, 2026 at Noon.; The Community Impact Review Committee interviews and evaluates community programs and reports its findings to the Community Impact Committee. The Community Impact Committee then recommends to the Board of Directors how much to allocate to each Partner Program.; Funded partner programs must report twice a year using the current semi-annual report form. Previous versions of the form are not accepted, and reports without measurable outcomes are considered incomplete.; Allocation checks will not be distributed until the semi-annual report has been submitted.; Funded partners must provide United Way with a predetermined number of volunteer hours during the funding period, as set out in the partnership agreement..
