Rush County Community Foundation Grants

Field of Interest grants that provide food for people in need and/or essentials for the elderly. Applications are accepted year-round starting 1/1, and funds are limited. Eligible applicants: Nonprofits serving Rush County residents.; Field of Interest applications are open to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that benefit Rush County and its residents.; No Letter of Intent is needed; applications are submitted through the RCCF online grants system, unless otherwise noted.; Funds are limited.; Each Field of Interest Fund has its own guidelines set by the original donor; staff determines which project best fits the donor's wishes.; RCCF does not make grants to organizations that discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, race, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, economic circumstance, physical/mental abilities and characteristics, marital status, or membership in another legally protected group.; Applicants cannot apply for additional grants if they have a grant in progress or have not submitted a final report for a completed grant.; A final report (receipts, review of objectives, stories of impact, photos) is required through the grants system once the project is completed or within 6 months of receiving the grant.; Awardees are asked to promptly sign/return the agreement and cash the check, document grant-covered expenses, share photos and stories, and acknowledge the award..
