Supports food-access solutions through three categories: Advocate, to increase participation in federal nutrition programs; Strengthen, to improve the charitable food system; and Innovate, to test community-driven ideas. The overall program is $10 million. Phase One describes grants as ranging up to $100,000–$200,000 without establishing an unconditional individual award bound. Eligible applicants: Applicants must be a 501(c)(3) organization, hospital, government entity, and/or educational institution, including schools and universities.; Organizations must work in Arkansas, and projects must be solely implemented within Arkansas.; Organizations must have a demonstrated track record.; Submitting a Notice of Intent is optional and is not required to apply..
