Adams County Community Foundation Grants

Small grants to nonprofit organizations serving Adams County, Ohio. Applications are accepted for funding up to $500 ("grants of $500 or less may be requested using our Simple Grant Form"). Larger projects are handled by calling the Foundation at 937-544-8659 to discuss needs, because the Foundation's full structured grantmaking process is not yet in place.
